丙種球蛋白靜脈滴注治療重癥肺炎的效果分析

????????[摘要] 目的 探討丙種球蛋白靜脈滴注治療重癥肺炎的效果。 方法 選擇2011年8月～2015年1月在我院診治的成年人重癥肺炎150例，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組與對(duì)照組，各75例，對(duì)照組給予頭孢曲松鈉+米力農(nóng)治療，在此基礎(chǔ)上治療組加用丙種球蛋白靜脈滴注治療，1周后觀察兩組預(yù)后情況。 結(jié)果 治療組的治療總有效率為94.7%，對(duì)照組為86.7%，治療組的總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組（P

????????[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of gamma globulin intravenous drip in treating severe pneumonia. Methods 150 severe pneumonia patients from August 2011 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group（n=75） and control group（n=75） according to random number table.The control group were given ceftriaxone sodium and milrinone，and the patients in the treatment group were further given intravenous drip gamma globulin.The conditions of prognosis was observed after 1 week treatment.
